thingit.store is operated as a sole proprietorship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom-print orders (anything ordered through the “Custom order” flow) are non-refundable once printing has started. We’ll always confirm the quote and design with you before we start printing.

Catalog items can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and undamaged. See the returns page for the process.

We ship via Pos Laju within Malaysia and via EasyParcel partners internationally. Stated lead times (3–5 days, etc.) are production time only — shipping time is additional and varies by destination. Once we hand over to the courier, delivery delays are outside our control.

FDM 3D printing has visible layer lines and dimensional tolerance of approximately ±0.3 mm. Prints are not watertight unless explicitly stated. Color may differ slightly from on-screen previews.

By submitting designs through the custom-order flow you confirm that you have the right to print and sell them. We reserve the right to refuse jobs that infringe third-party copyright or trademark.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
