Q.01What materials do you print in?
PLA (matte, glossy, eco-friendly cornstarch-based) and PETG (more flexible + UV/heat resistant). We can also do TPU or ABS for custom orders — ask in the brief.
Q.02How long does it take?
Catalog items: production is 2–5 working days, shipping is on top of that. Custom orders: depends on size and quantity, usually quoted within 1 working day. We’ll always confirm a deadline before starting.
Q.03Do you ship internationally?
Yes — via EasyParcel partners. Worldwide delivery in 10–21 days for most destinations. Shipping cost is calculated by destination + weight at checkout.
Q.04What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP. If you have something else, send it anyway — we’ll convert if we can. Max 50 MB per file.
Q.05Do you do bulk orders?
Up to about 50 units per order, yes — discount applies, ask in the custom-order brief. Beyond that we’ll happily refer you to a print farm with proper bulk pricing.
Q.06Are 3D prints food-safe?
FDM prints are not inherently food-safe due to layer lines harboring bacteria. We can apply a food-safe matte sealer for items intended as coasters or decor. Don’t use uncoated prints for direct food contact.
Q.07Can I pick up in KL instead of paying shipping?
Yes, free pickup is available by appointment. Choose “Pickup in KL” at checkout — we’ll email you to coordinate a time and location.
